SHIPPING
We pour our hearts into every candle, so here’s how we get them safely to your door:
PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIME
All Manic Isle candles are made in small batches to ensure quality. Please allow up to 7 days for production. Orders are shipped promptly after, using USPS, except on Fridays in warmer seasons to prevent melting en route.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. When your candles are ready to head your way, we’ll send a shipping confirmation with tracking info.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable if you choose to return your order. Any duties, taxes, or customs fees on international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We currently ship within the U.S., and we’re working on expanding! Reach out if you’d like an update on international shipping options.
RETURNS
At Manic Isle, we hope our candles bring warmth and ambiance to your space. However, if you're not totally vibing with your purchase, here’s the scoop
30 DAYS TO RETURN
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges.
RETURN COSTS
If you choose to return an item, you’re responsible for any original shipping costs, plus duties, taxes, or customs fees (both for the original and return shipment). These charges will be deducted from your refund.
CONDITION REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. We take great care with every batch, so we ask that you do the same.
PROCESSING & NOTIFICATION
Once we’ve inspected and accepted your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days and notify you by email. For exchanges, the new item will be shipped as soon as it’s available.
RETURNS MAY BE REJECTED
We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange that doesn’t meet our conditions. If your package is rejected, we’ll send it back to you at your cost, and a refund won’t be issued. Items that appear used, altered, or damaged aren’t eligible for return or exchange.
