We want every Manic Isle order to reach you in perfect condition, but things can happen during shipping. Here’s how we handle it.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your candle arrives damaged, please email us within 5 days of receiving it with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If you still can’t locate it, reach out to us at [your email], and we’ll help investigate.
We reserve the right to decide on a case-by-case basis regarding replacements or refunds for damaged or lost items.
